The initial meeting can take place at the either the home of the client or
artist. The format of the portrait will be discussed including size, pose
and tone. A series of photographs will be taken of the subject by the
artist at that time or at a later date. The client and artist will jointly
review the photos and make any final decisions.

Framing and shipping are in addition to the prices listed above.
A deposit of 40% will be due at the time of commission. The balance will be
due upon delivery and acceptance by the client.
